Proud to Continue Our Success!
8/19/2026

As the Department of Software Engineering at Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGÜ), we are proud to continue in 2026 the success we achieved in 2025, when we admitted our first cohort of students.

According to the 2026 YKS placement results, our department has maintained its position as the 3rd highest-ranked Software Engineering program among public universities in Türkiye!

Maintaining this remarkable ranking in only our second year of student admissions is an important indication of the strong interest in our department and its growing potential.

We are still at the beginning of our journey, but our ambition is clear: to become one of Türkiye’s leading Software Engineering departments through high-quality education, impactful academic research, and an innovative approach to engineering education.

We sincerely congratulate all our new students who have chosen to join the ESOGÜ Software Engineering family and wish them every success throughout their academic journey.

Welcome to ESOGÜ Software Engineering!
